We design nanoparticles for applications in drug delivery. To ensure clinical translation of the novel therapies designed in the lab, we develop humanized organ-on-a-chip models for preclinical evaluation of nanoparticles. The vision of this research program is to bridge the gap between fundamental science and practice, with a commitment to serve vulnerable populations.
